Competitors who are not Triathlon Ireland members MUST purchase a one day race licence IN ADVANCE of race day from Triathlon Ireland (www.triathlonireland.com).Participants can buy their licence any time up until 48hrs ahead of race and then TI will email us with your name 24 hrs in advance.

SWAPS
Any swapping of entries must be in writing, 2 weeks before the race itself,
is the cut off date for swaps. Names and TI numbers are required of both persons in order for a swap to take place.

Sprint Distance Tri: 750 swim, 20km bike, 5km run
Swim: A one-loop course in Fenit Harbour
In-water start, wetsuits mandatory.
Bike: Out and back flat course along secondary roads.
Run: Out & Back course along Taulaught

1st, 2nd, 3rd male and female plus 1st, 2nd, 3rd in relay category

This is a Triathlon Ireland event. If you don't have a Triathlon Ireland licence you will have to purchase a one day licence for €15.
