The event is open to all, but has been particularly designed for anyone racing their first event - either as a team or as individuals.

The swim is 750m will take place in Fenit harbour along the beach side. This is an ideal swim for a first time triathlete.

The cycle route will leave the transition area and continue through Fenit village and proceed through Spa and enter the Mounthawk roundabout and back out to Fenit again.

The race course is relatively flat, taking competitors out and back along the old Taulaught road , returning to complete the run over country lanes local to Fenit.
